90 Day Plan in Full Effect!

Today is Monday, and I’ve started my 90 Day Plan. I started my workout on the p90x and it feels great!! Last friday I began the financial side of my 90 day plan. It snowed Friday evening so I got up Saturday morning and put out 45 signs. I was determined to start my financial plan on February 12. I’ve received over a dozen calls and have to go view a property tomorrow.

Today I continued with my marketing by going to the county courthouse and researching estate records for probate deals. Soon as I close on my first probate, I’m hiring someone to do this research for me because it is just too time consuming. Nevertheless, I did learn a lot while in the courthouse today and look forward to going back tomorrow to do some more research.

I’ve also implemented in my 90 day plan to make a minimum of 20 offers per week. I’m mailing 3 offers out today and making 3 – 4 offers on some properties I found on craigslist. Believe it or not, last year I found over 70% of my deals on craigslist. So I will definitely continue to make offers on the property ads that I want to buy.

Tomorrow the agenda is to workout in the morning around 8:30 with the p90x, go to the courthouse for more research on other probates, make about 5-10 offers on other properties, and continue to stay motivated. This is by far the most important aspect of this 90 day plan to me, staying motivated. It is so easy to get off track, but I just keep saying to myself, in 90 days, I will have $75,000 in da bank!!!
