The Key to Wholesale Deals

Posted on May 01, 2010 by Torrey Brothers

Greetings everyone from the Green City, Greensboro, NC. I’ve learned so much lately on how to be an entrepreneur. There is much to learn and even when you become successful you are still constantly learning. As a real estate investor, I realize in order to be a successful wholesaler, I must conduct a ton of marketing, volume. When I say volume, I don’t mean send out 100 – 200 letters or put out 50 signs. I mean you have to flood the streets with your marketing. This can be done by mailing 2,000+ letters/mo, putting out 300+ signs/mo, and/or sending 400+ offers out per month. Hello All, I just wanted to tell you how I just love short sales. Today, Thursday, I had a short sale closing and it couldn’t have been any better. Short sales are one of the most powerful and profitable ways to make money in real estate investing. So to you beginners out there, learn how to do short sales, or better yet, learn how to hire a loss mitigation company to negotiate your short sales for you. This is absolutely the best use of your time. I can say, from experience, that attempting to negotiate a short sale without prior experience is like jumping in shark infested waters. YOU WILL GET EATEN ALIVE!

Short Sale Quick Turn Deal

Posted on September 09, 2009 by Torrey Brothers

I’m currently working on a short sale that is scheduled to close later this week. I acquired the lead by marketing to absentee owners in the Greensboro area. This seller owns several properties in Greensboro and Charlotte, NC. Even though the seller wasn’t interested in selling the Greensboro property, she did mention that the two Charlotte properties are both vacant and that she is interested in off loading
