Hello everybody, I’m Baaaack!  I know I’ve been missing in action for awhile, but,  it’s because I’ve been focused and working relentlessly to provide bigger and better opportunities for my family and I!  Currently,  I’m in the process of wrapping up on a few successful real estate deals that has taken months to negotiate and on building my team for the best new network marketing company around.  I know you all remember that at the beginning of the year,  I joined a network marketing company called Younique Wealth, whom specialized in gold and silver.   I’m no longer with that company as a business partner, however, I am still a customer and do utilize their services for gold and silver purchases.  The main reason that prompted me to reconsider the business aspect of Younique is because they don’t have the proper growth  system in place.  As you know with any business, especially a network marketing company, you need a valid and strong support system in order to be successful.  A system that supplies one with knowledge and training of its products and services and offers a compensation plan that makes sense!

A company that did offer all of the missing elements that  Younique didn’t have was Ardyss International, of which I’m  currently a proud independent distributor for.  The amount of money that can be made with Ardyss International is just unreal, but oh so real!  The training and support tools, live and online, is amazing, not to mention the unbelievable compensation plan that this company offers.  I decided to not only prove to myself that this business works, but also let you all watch me grow as I ignite my 90 day plan to success! This plan will start on April 1st and end approximately on  June 31st! I’m determined to get to the level that I want to be on by the end of June and also give my readers an opportunity to see that when your plans are met with action, positive results are usually the outcome.  I’ve set some obtainable  goals and have created and outlined a plan that will ensure that I will reach all of my desires with failure not being an option.  Goal setting is the strongest human force for self motivation and necessity for true growth and success!  Think of it like this, a plan is similar to a map.  If you don’t have a plan/map, then you don’t know where you are going.  Like the old saying goes, if you fail to plan, then plan to fail.

Within 90 days, I will accomplish every indicated goal outlined below:

• Acquire $40,000 total for the months of April, May, & June via Ardyss
• Be at a Manager B by the end of June in Ardyss
• Build my direct team up by 10 people per month
• Acquire 200 oz of silver
• Lose 25 pounds by the end of June using Ardyss products
• Have my van paid off completely

These, of course, are my short term goals that will be accomplished within the next 90 days.  Notice that my goals are very specific and directly to the point.  When setting goals, you must be as specific as possible in order to maintain clarity and structure with each task.  The end results of planning and goal setting is happiness, wealth, and success which are the by-products of goal setting, however,they cannot be the goal themselves (not specific enough).

My blog will have new updated posts at least 3 times/week during my 90 day transition.  I want my readers to engage and participate with me during this process, so that I can be held accountable for every stage that I complete.  In a sense, my readers will be my accountability partners, making sure that I do what I have set out to do with No Excuses, No obstacles and No limitations!

Dwayne Morgan once said that, “success is a marathon and not a sprint”.   This 90 day plan is a small portion of a bigger plan.  Larger plans and goals are made up of smaller plans and goals such as 30 day and 90 day plans, with the big picture in mind.
