I haven’t tested it personally, but based on the research from a few associates, we’ve discovered that when buying a property you want to look as professional as possible. That’s why it’s a good idea to use pre-printed signs when marketing to buy homes. When we market to sell property, I hand-write signs all the time, that way we look like motivated sellers. Have you ever tested handwriting your signs vs. using the pre-printed bandit signs?

Hi Hugh,
What I’ve done in the past that has worked out well for me is put an ad on craigslist.com. The ad can state, “Seeking someone to work part time, two days per week for 3 hrs a day, extra income” or something to that affect. I show them how to put the signs up give them a map of where I want my signs put up at, and they have to have a camera to take pictures of each sign they put up and a picture of the corner street sign where the bandit sign is located at. This way you will be sure they put up the signs. I pay them $2/sign they put up. So if they put up 50 signs, they earn a yard… Hope this helps Hugh and thanks for your question.

This is right on time. I just had a conversation with 2 different investors who said I wasn’t putting out enough signs. I was originally putting out 30-50 a time. I was told I need to do 100 a pop. I’m prepping for this weekend now.

Addison, just as prospects respond to your 5th or so letter with your direct mailings, the same is with the signs. That’s why I put my signs up in a way that drivers see them several times and call me. Thx for your comment.

Great content Torrey! Way to step up, listen to the mentor and just CRUSH IT!!! I wonder also if this goes along the same lines of your prospect responding to your message after the 7th exposure… if they keep seeing your signs… it’s gotta be a sign! Thanks for posting results too. Keepin’ it real!
