I Buy NC Houses

My six year old son was in the talent show at his school last week. When he told me he was in the talent show, I asked what was his talent? He said he was going to tell jokes….. Once I heard the jokes, I knew he needed some work. So I helped him make his jokes funny by improvising. The night of the show, it was totally hilarious!!

Afterwards, I had the opportunity to talk with several parents and teachers. One parent ask me what do I do for a living and my son said “my daddy buys houses”. I smiled and said “yes, I buy NC Houses. I’m a real estate investor that buy and sell houses in NC.” As soon as I mentioned it, the parent immediately ask me for a card, which I keep on me at all times. She has a family member that needs to sell their home fast and said she would past the card to them. I was thrilled!

This goes to show that everyone should know that I BUY HOUSES! You never know when you will come in touch with the seller that desperately needs your services. A great habit that I am working on is passing out a minimum of 5 business cards per day. That’s 35 cards per week. One great deal per month from business cards is a great return.

Also if I am in the same room with a stranger and we are having a conversation, I always talk about real estate. It’s just subconscious. No matter what’s going on, I see some way to squeeze it into the conversation. What can I say, it’s my passion.
