Traditional vs. Network Marketing Business Structure

So you want to own your own business! Well no time is better than now to learn how to own and run your own business. Unemployment rates are the highest they’ve been in years, and it doesn’t seem to be letting up. Technology is replacing over 100,000 people per year! The world as we know it is changing. Though a number of businesses fail each year, there are many that are very successful.
There are 3 primary business structures. They are franchises, traditional, and network marketing. Each has it’s own advantages and disadvantages. But if you sit and really analyze them all, one comes out on top each time! From a business stand point, if you sit and really analyze each structure, you will see that building a network marketing business can turn you more profits with less efforts.
Here are some contrast between traditional/ franchise structures compared to network marketing structures.
Traditional/Franchise Structure Network Marketing Structure
- Huge Start Up Cost
- Employees/Payroll
- Biz Location Rent
- Storage Needed
- Limited Resources (Cash)
- Yrs Before Profit is Realized
- Dependant on Others
- Growth depends on Market
- Very Little Start Up Cost
- No Employees Needed
- Work From Home
- No Storage Needed
- Unlimited Resources (People)
- Realize Profit Immediately
- Self Dependant
- Growth Depends on How Big You Can Picture It
I’m not saying that a traditional business structure won’t work. What I’m saying is that the network marketing industry is normally frowned upon due to lack of information. If the greats, such as Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump, say that if they had to do it all over again, they would definitely use network marketing as the vehicle to financial freedom, then that is a clue for us all. Robert Kiyosaki’s latest book entitled “The Business Of The 21st Century“, explains in detail the advantages of building a successful network marketing business.
