Torrey Brothers is my name and Wholesale Real Estate Investing is my game! I reside and operate Hot Wholesale Rehabs, out of Greensboro, NC. When we first started this business, we struggled in the beginning, as all businesses do. The biggest obstacle at that time, was that we were unable to be consistent with marketing, therefore, limiting the amount of deals that we needed to continue to operate. Closing on the deals was not the issue. I would close on a great venture and then wait months and months before another deal was lined up, and that was the problem!
